Situation

Certain panels have lengthy pophelp material (e.g. see #130). It's probably not warranted to create pophelp items so long when user documentation can shoulder that load without putting the burden of editing and translating on the pophelp team.

Objective

Initially use this issue to identify any back-end panels having 'excessive' pophelp entries, and evaluate the scope of help needs per relevant panel so it can be determined how to revise the corresponding documentation in such a way to reduce pophelp volume, without detracting from the user-experience value of information in pophelp context.

Later, corresponding issues will be needed in the pophelp repository for editing at that end.
