fix: Add user details to Sentry for better error tracking

• Sentry error tracking lacked user-specific details, making it difficult to debug issues for specific users.
• Introduced SetSentryUserDetails() to fetch and attach user details (ID, email, username) to Sentry.
• Added the package name to the user metadata for better app context.
