fix: Properly clean up multi-root components (#295)

• Keep a reference of the container that each wrapper is attached to in the set.
• If the container is still a direct child of document.body, explicitly remove it before unmounting the wrapper.
• fixes Multi-root node components aren't cleaned properly up after each test #295
