Don’t reload the whole TOC tree every time item is selected

Currently in the WPF docs when you click on the different items in the TOC, with every click, besides the content area being replaced with the selected article content, the TOC tree seems to be reloading as well as it is flickering. This seems quite annoying for me as a user:

Just to clarify a bit on this - what do you mean exactly by saying 'TOC' - the side-navigation (in left) or the table of contents (in right).

If you mean the side-nav => it uses the kendo treeView and every time the page is loading, the treeView is bound to the JSON data source (which contains all the data). You are right that if the data is quite big, it is loaded at once (not at chunks for example, if possible) and this could lead to a bad experience.

If you mean the TOC - it will be great if you can share and attach a video or something showing the issue.
