Never had that happen before. and it's a pretty small commit too 🤔

Anyway, 0.11 changed something about template: splash https://github.com/withastro/starlight/blob/main/packages/starlight/CHANGELOG.md#0110 so now it requires us to turn some stuff off manually. My last commit did this for our usage but now it still fails on something produced by the starlight-blog package so we have to wait for that to be updated before we can merge this PR.
