Write a page with TCM web UI reference. It may be required for FSTEK certification. If it isn't required, then this page has low priority.

Some reference content is being prepared in scope of other TCM docs tasks. Below is the list of content to move to the reference:

• Permissions and password policy ([TCM] Role-based access control #3634)
• Audit configuration controls ([TCM] Audit log #3855)
