`@tailwindcss/vite@alpha` used in vite vue, `:deep()` selector can not use in build mode, dev mode is ok

it's an empty Vite/vue project.

when i dont use @tailwindcss/vite in vite.config.ts, build again

:deep() selector works!!!!
