Support for styled-jsx

This is a feature request.

Currently, intellisense does not work when using @apply directive inside styled-jsx. It works fine if I use it on a CSS file, or inside a style tag in HTML. And since, the syntax of styled-jsx is not much different from style element, I think this feature can be implemented.

Sample code:

const Hero: React.FC = () => (
  <section>
    Hey There

    <style jsx>{`
      section {
        @apply w-screen h-screen bg-black;
      }
    `}</style>
  </section>
);

export default Hero;

I realized that I can use a setting like this:

  "tailwindCSS.experimental.classRegex": ["<style[^>]*>\\{`([^<]+)`\\}</style>"]

Although, it enables the autocompletion, it is not showing styles on hover on most of the classes. On some of them it appears, but not on all. In the above example styles does not appear while hovering bg-black class.

@bradlc I thought of migrating it to a different issue, as clearly this is no longer a feature request.
