This commit applies the minimum required changes to support Rust 2021 Edition. I limited my changes to issues that "cargo test" and "cargo run" complained about. I also tried to limit formatting changes where possible.

ps: Just wanted to say I really appreciate all the tests, documentation, and examples - plus the total lack of external dependencies. There are a lot of rust argument parsing libraries out there that miss the mark on a combination of those things. |
