Add a recipe for ux_icons, set default size

With a fresh install of ux_icons, the first icon I render is always huge. There's no recipe, so I create a ux_icons.yaml and add the defaults.

Surprisingly, height and width are not set in the configuration.

What do you think of either adding a recipe with a smaller size, or adding a size to the default values in the configuration?

This would be something very annoying to "disable" later..

But yeah, a recipes for everyone not CSS-fluent could be a great help!

Sure, why not!

However we should be careful here since default_icon_attributes config has a default value (['fill' => 'currentColor']) and there is no merging. IMHO we should use this one:

ux_icons:
    default_icon_attributes:
        fill: currentColor
        height: '1em'
        width: '1em'
