In order to avoid confusion about it in 6.2, we should remove this. We can revisit and bring it back in the future if necessary

This did not go through swift evolution, and even though it was marked as an experimental feature, let's not confuse the 6.2 released docs and users with this macro until we've decided we want it fof real.
