Update to include current status. Sometimes it can be hard to find the info required to know about these amazing features. A link to a JIRA and a proposed landing version are awesome when wondering what the status of these things is.
I chose to list Swift 3.1 as the probable release version that this feature would be released with. This is what is listed in the ChangeLog.md https://github.com/apple/swift/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#swift-31
