- Adds InMemoryActionCache
- Expands CAS structures and adds InMemoryCASDatabase
- Caches task transitions, though request replay is unimplemented
- Cleans up the framework name
- Adds vendored thirdparty BLAKE3 portable C implementation
- Fixes up LICENSE.txt to properly reference thirdparty code
- Removes unused thirdparty code
