Issue Description:

At the moment, NSFileManager's attributesOfItemAtPath function has the wrong return value. This appears to be a temporary workaround to another issue.

I am currently hacking around this incompatibility to make my software build; I wanted to get an actual bug # in the tracker so that I can track it.

Comments suggest this is likely due to [SR-138], so this bug may be blocked by that issue.

The return type has been changed due to this request: #5

public func attributesOfItemAtPath(path: String) throws -> [String : AnyObject]

1. The return type should be String : Any
2. The implementation should be creating String instead of NSString. It should still use NSNumber and NSDate though.

It is marked as Experimental since it is different to Foundation API.
