This makes the REPL load v2 of the Svelte compiler from unpkg - and it also removes the mechanism for updating the svelte-app template and instead just checks in one generated from https://github.com/sveltejs/template/tree/725117d77b491603cda1e22a4f2574c3caa52863 which was the last version before v3.
