Discrepancy between documentation and typings

The documentation mentions the use of "false" and false for data-sveltekit-preload-data, but neither is allowed by the typings:

I'm not certain which is correct, hence the issue instead of a PR :)

Apparently, we can't update these types to include false until SvelteKit 3.0 (see #10555 (comment)). But it is planned to remove the 'off' value in the future. Related: sveltejs/svelte#8638
