graphql-language-service requires watchman installed globally

Kind of annoying, since it can't be installed as just an npm package it seems.

@lostplan, if graphql/graphql-language-service#206 gets resolved, that seems like the nicest way to go about this (I see that someone else is looking into this now). Otherwise, it might be easier to do an installation flow instead.

I'm happy to report that graphql/graphql-language-service#206 has been resolved. Watchman is no longer a required dependency.

@stephen perhaps this issue can be resolved as well? I'll submit a pull request updating the GLS version.
