This PR adds a new example demonstrating Datastar with JSX and a file-system based router, similar to Next.js.
This example is designed for TypeScript developers who are already familiar with React and JSX syntax.
Many TypeScript developers are accustomed to writing JSX due to their experience with React. By providing a JSX-based example with a familiar file-system routing pattern (à la Next.js), we make it easier for these developers to adopt Datastar without having to learn entirely new paradigms.
