Deletes unused method `ViewRegistry.hasViewBeenBound`. Reduces visibility of `LayoutRunnerViewFactory`. Improves kdoc on `LayoutRunner`, especially WRT `ViewBinding`. Also deletes `ViewRegistryTest`, which was mainly about testing an impossible to mock extension method that is thoroughly exercised by espresso tests, and was the only reason `ViewRegistry.hasViewBeenBound` existed. closes #197
