This commit aligns dependency versions used across different samples application by leveraging Spring Boot's BOM, rather than manually managing dependency versions for samples that are not Spring Boot based.

This PR addresses two recently surfaced issues with samples:
Spring Security configuration used by
spring-session-sample-boot-mongodb-traditionalstopped working which resulted in test failures as randomly generated password was used.Selenium tests in several Spring Boot based samples started failing with
ClassNotFoundExceptiondue to incompatible versions of dependencies being present on the classpath.
