PR #365 issued for the review of the work that is being done currently. The files would be updated to add more details.

Pushed the outbound gateway section, will be working on the final section of the JPA chapter, the inbound channel adapter section.
The samples are getting ready simultaneously too, need to clean up the samples project though.
