Jdbc Outbound Gateways - Change "request-timeout" to "reply-timeout" [INT-2245]

For both, the Jdbc Outbound Gateway and the Stored Procedure Outbound Gateway, the "request-timeout" attribute, while available in the XSD Schema is never set on the PollingConsumer. Instead, only the default value (1000) from org.springframework.integration.scheduling.PollerMetadata is used.
