As part of this issue and all the issues that are linked to it KeyValueMessageGroupStore has been removed so there is nothing to refactor

I think we should reopen this but change the description:

"Refactor GemfireMessageStore to rely on SimpleMessageGroup and remove KeyValueMessageGroup"

The main reason is that we have a Pull Request on a branch with this JIRA number, so it doesn't appear to be a "won't fix" situation.
