Extract Common Infrastructure from Security Samples #80
Description
The security samples have infrastructure that looks like it should be exposed for common use and incorporated into the Boot starters so that are in use when Spring Security is enabled. This includes the exception resolvers and a ThreadLocalAccessor.
This issue is only for to have the infrastructure classes incorporated into the spring-graphql module.
