Add support for removeRangeByLex in ZSetOperations [DATAREDIS-1244] #1816

While other lexicographical operations on sorted sets like range and reverse are supported, removeRangeByLex is missing on "ReactiveZSetOperations".
The operation is supported at least in Lettuce. Any reason why it should not be available in the Spring Data abstractions?
