CouchbaseCacheManager can no longer be customized using CacheManagerCustomizer

Follow-up of #22572. The new Spring Data Couchbase version has made CouchbaseCacheManager an immutable class. We need to offer an alternative to the generic CacheManagerCustomizer so that users can still customize the cache manager that is auto-configured.
