Replace whitelist with a term that does not have racist connotations #21737

Description

@wilkinsona

Until recently, I haven’t fully considered the racist connotations of terms like whitelist and blacklist. Better late than never, I hope. While I don’t think the terms have racist origins, the white is good and black is bad implication doesn’t sit comfortably any more. Just as we strive to avoid referring to users as he or using guys to refer to a group of people, I think we should avoid using whitelist.

We use whitelist in three places in the reference documentation when describing spring.*.view-names properties:

White list of view names that can be resolved.

I think we could just say “View names that can be resolved” with no loss of meaning.
