Handle sticky session expiration

When useACK is enabled for a HEC token, and when a load balancer chimes in, the load balancer needs enable sticky session to let Splunk Kafka Connect work. However, some load balancer will expire sticky session from time to time, Splunk Kafka Connect needs handle this case to minimum data duplication
