Agent fields have incorrect headings in batch edit

Describe the bug
When multiple fields from different tables linked to the Agent table (cataloger, determiner, loan agent, agent1, etc.) are in a batch edit data set, the headings do not display the correct name.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Collection Object query
2. Map Cataloger -> GUID
3. Map Determiner -> GUID
4. Save the query
5. Click Batch Edit
6. See that both headings say Determiner

Expected behavior
The headings should match the field.

Very bad bug as it could lead users to potentially make edits to records they did not intend to modify.

The issue is that we're assigning a single string per field name, so when we hit Agent.guid the second time, "Donor - GUID" overwrites "Determiner - GUID"
