Abnormal isAccepted checkbox behavior

Describe the bug
The isAccepted field is not unchecked when a preferred taxon/geography/storage/etc is added to a record. In previous versions, it would automatically be unchecked when one is present and checked when one is not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Geography record
2. Fill in parent and name fields
3. Save (isAccepted field will be checked)
4. Add an accepted/preferred geography
5. See that isAccepted field is not unchecked

Expected behavior
The isAccepted field should not be checked if there is a preferred taxon/geography/storage/etc as in 7.9.5 and previous versions.
