Support new stats counts fields per discipline #7
Description
Support the new stats counts fields in the requests from Specify 7. These counts fields are for Collection Object, Collection, and Specify User. These fields should not be some together like other fields. Instead, for each institution's discipline, the latest occurrence of these fields should be displayed.
