Support SVG output in Geospatial View Static node and use it as new default output format

knext.view_matplotlib(fig) has an optional parameter (png|svg) that defines what image type should be created. We should expose this setting via the node dialog to let the user decide.

Hier könnte man das 2x rendern vermeiden indem man irgendwie sowas macht:
view = knext.view_matplotlib(fig, img_type)
output_image = view.render()
return output_image, view
