Feature Request: please add support for UBX-SEC-SIG

In F9 HPG 1.51, jammingState (UBX-MON-RF) is deprecated in protocol versions that support UBX-SEC-SIG (version 0x02) and always reported as 0; instead jammingState in UBX-SEC-SIG should be monitored.

Could you add support for UBX-SEC-SIG in the library?

I will change this into a Feature Request and will try and add it when time permits.

Until then, you could:

• Use a custom command to poll UBX-SEC-SIG and read the jamState and spfState bits from Byte 1 manually
• Add support for SEC-SIG yourself following the instructions. If you do, please send us a Pull Request. Thanks!
