`param_fixtures` (with an s) seems to create auto-use fixtures

This test fails because instead of being [1] the node id is [a-1]. In other words the first arg fixture created seems to be in 'auto use' mode.

Note that this does not happen with param_fixture.

This seems like a pytest bug. We can reproduce it without pytest_cases:

This works:

@pytest.fixture(params=['a', 'b'])
def arg(request):
    return request.param

@pytest.mark.parametrize("arg", [1])
def test_reference(arg, request):
    assert '[1]' in request.node.nodeid

while this does not

@pytest.fixture(params=['a', 'b'], ids=('a', 'b'), name='argroot')
def argroot(request):
    return request.param

@pytest.fixture
def arg(argroot):
    return argroot

@pytest.mark.parametrize("arg", [1])
def test_reference(arg, request):
    assert '[1]' in request.node.nodeid

At least we can solve it for the dummy case where param_fixtures is used for a single parameter. For the multiple parameters case, then it's now on pytest hands.
