just use a spoon to scoop the seeds

lots of extra virgin olive oil
a little red wine vinegar and/or lemon juice
fresh herbs— basil, oregano
kalamata olives, chopped
salt and pepper

optional: add chopped peppers or pepperoncini

Combine, chill, enjoy!
