Thank you @pawanjay176! As you mentioned, there's not an easy way for me to see that there are no remaining unused dependencies. However you've removed lots and it still passes CI so I'm inclined to approve and merge. |

Issue Addressed
Removes unused dependencies. Resolves #408
Additional Info
Unused dependencies had to be removed manually. Currently there is no linting option for Rust 2018. Issue for unused dependencies lint rust-lang/rust#57274
