This PR adds support for simple diverging indicators e.g. an indicator that spans a range of values from -100 to +100 where 0 is bad but either extreme is equally good, or the inverted version (more common I suspect) where either extreme is bad and the central 0 is the ideal situation.
There's a simple test and some documentation about how to specify this kind of indicator in an indexes indicators csv file.
