Make some further modifications to pr/64, which upgrades dependencies.

Most notably, this upgrades the mongodb driver to 3.x and makes mongodb a peer dependency.

This a breaking change, so anyone that was relying on [email protected] instead of a specific beta version will need to pin to the previous beta version or update their code.

We won't major version this to 1.0 until we convert the error codes to strings, like sharedb.
