  9. In the Sound Preferences app, select the new Multi-Output Device as the output device for both Sound Effects and Output.
  10. Open the YouTube app.
  11. Play the YouTube video that you want to capture the internal audio of.
  12. Open your audio recording software.
  13. In your audio recording software, set the input source to the new Multi-Output Device.
  14. Record the internal audio of the YouTube video.
  15. Once you have finished recording, stop the recording and save the audio file.

Here is a more detailed explanation of each step:

1. Connect your UA audio interface to your Mac using a Thunderbolt cable.

This will allow your computer to communicate with the UA audio interface and use it as an audio interface.

2. Open the Audio MIDI Setup app.

The Audio MIDI Setup app is where you can manage the audio devices on your Mac.

3. In the Audio MIDI Setup app, create a new Multi-Output Device.

A Multi-Output Device allows you to route audio to multiple output devices simultaneously. In this case, we will be routing audio to both the UA audio interface and the built-in speakers.

4. Select your UA audio interface as one of the output devices for the new Multi-Output Device.

This will tell the Audio MIDI Setup app to route audio to your UA audio interface.

5. Select the Built-in Output as the other output device for the new Multi-Output Device.

This will tell the Audio MIDI Setup app to route audio to the built-in speakers.

6. Set the Output Volume for the new Multi-Output Device to 100%.

This will ensure that the audio is routed to both the UA audio interface and the built-in speakers at the same volume.

7. Click the OK button to create the new Multi-Output Device.

8. Open the Sound Preferences app.

The Sound Preferences app is where you can manage the audio settings on your Mac.

9. In the Sound Preferences app, select the new Multi-Output Device as the output device for both Sound Effects and Output.

This will tell the Sound Preferences app to route all audio to both the UA audio interface and the built-in speakers.

10. Open the YouTube app.

11. Play the YouTube video that you want to capture the internal audio of.

12. Open your audio recording software.

There are many different audio recording software programs available, such as Logic Pro X, GarageBand, and Audacity.

13. In your audio recording software, set the input source to the new Multi-Output Device.

This will tell your audio recording software to record the audio from the new Multi-Output Device.

14. Record the internal audio of the YouTube video.

To start recording, press the record button in your audio recording software. To stop recording, press the stop button.

15. Once you have finished recording, stop the recording and save the audio file.

Once you have saved the audio file, you can play it back in any audio playback software.

I hope this helps!
