Change Reference Implementation interface to use CompletableFuture

As part of the evaluation of https://github.com/serverlessworkflow/sdk-java/issues/490 and implementation of https://github.com/serverlessworkflow/sdk-java/issues/484, it was identified that using a sync approach is kind of tricky for further software evolution. It feels more natural to use CompletableFuture
