Pretty print state machine definition

Currently deploys to Step Functions are rendered in the console editor such that the state machine definition is a no-space/no-newlines JSON. This makes reduces the utility of the console. Is this something serverless-step-functions can resolve or does the issue stem from how CloudFormation works?
