Production Release of 5.1.0

@nblumhardt would it be possible to get a production release of 5.1.0 out?
We are in the process of upgrading to latest but would love to use 5.1.0 for a short period of time before going to 7.X

We were hoping to take advantage of the extension methods added in 5.1.

Thanks for the follow-up. I don't think a 5.1 is likely, but you should still be able to get Serilog registered using earlier versions. I have only a faint memory of which APIs are present/required on which .NET versions, so posting a complete example to Stack Overflow probably stands the best chance of turning up the right information/approach. Hope this helps!

Alright I think we will end up upgrading to MS Extensions 8.X to fix this
