Description
"The EVM target version" section on the "Ethereum & Scroll Differences" dev docs was outdated and was recommending devs to stick with london fork version. Now Scroll supports
push0so we have no incompatibilities with the latest compiler version so I removed the whole section. For reference, there is still a "EVM Differences from Ethereum" on the technology section....
