Closed the issue on PySCIPOpt since I feel it makes more sense for it to be here. Here is the PR: CI: Portability tests for building on various Linux distributions and macOS
One nice thing is that it also builds papilo, which I don't believe we're currently doing. Dominik asked about it a couple weeks ago on the gitlab, so we might make use of it.
