Fiji in Python mode crashes on windows when running StarDist/Cellpose example

This appears to be cellpose specific due to how it was installed on windows. Not sure why it worked on mac, but I will look further into the issue

807603c resolves the issue on Windows but Mac is now broken due to numpy needing to be installed via conda-forge (but needing to be installed via pip on windows)
