Include the RichInt methods in the documentation of Int (e.g.)

Well, beeing a casual user it would be helpful if the "noninvasive augmenting classes" like e.g. RichInt would be documented directly at the "augmented classes" like e.g. Int.
I countinuously scroll in API "is there an RichXxx and does it add what I am looking for"

My apologies if this has been discussed earlier. It's my 1st try of a request.

The Scala 2.13 docs for Int mention RichInt:

There is an implicit conversion from scala.Int => scala.runtime.RichInt which provides useful non-primitive operations.

That message is a holdover from previous Scala versions. However, the scala.runtime package is no longer visible in the Scaladoc and so RichInt is no longer visible, although I can see it in the source code. Either the reference to RichInt should be struck (undesirable, I think) or the Scaladoc should show RichInt and any other enrichment classes.

There are RichIntXXX classes in the scala.jdk package, but these do not seem to be the droids we are looking for.

In my opinion the RichXYZ classes should be moved outside of the runtime package. The runtime package is not supposed to be part of the public API.
