To fix the item 4 of issue #18 and the problem described in this comment of PR #17 I implement a class ConversionHelper with a method
wiki_linkto perform the conversion of the special syntax of the Trac wiki page references.The result of the migration running under this PR can be viewed here.
Furthermore, item 7 of #18 is fixed. Note, that the reason for the second example of item 4 is the same as for item 6
