Documentation and doctests

• Move the existing tests inside Sage (see trac ticket #22193)
• Convert the documentation into Python documentation and use the standard doctest module for automated testing
• doctests for autogen/: these are currently still sage: doctests
• Port some or all of GP doctests as Python doctests
