The `doc_auto_cfg` feature was removed in a recent nightly. We can just switch to `doc_cfg`, and everything still works like before. Signed-off-by: Joe Richey <[email protected]>

Update all the nightly toolchains to
nightly-2025-09-28. I also included the following fixes:doc_auto_cfgfeaturedoc_cfg, everything gets generated correctly:Example only using cfg(doc_cfg)
