Expand/collapse links are misaligned for doc pages with long paths

My resolution is 1366x768, and for pages with long paths the "collapse all" / "expand all" links at the top get pushed below the doc page title. Example:

Currently working on a fix for this. Stuck in build-from-scratch hell, though.
